SBA Intermediary Lending Pilot (ILP) Program Loan Fund

The Eastern Shore Entrepreneurship Center was awarded $1,000,000 in loan funds from the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Intermediary Lending Pilot (ILP) Program in 2012.  SBA’s ILP Program aims to help business owners start and grow successful enterprises.  

The fund is available to businesses and entrepreneurs within the eight Eastern Shore Counties Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, and Worcester.

The goals of the fund are job growth and business expansion.  Therefore, loan requests should involve activities and uses that achieve these goals.

As funds are available, loan requests in the amount up to $200,000 are welcomed.
